Notice Before Installation
- Before installing it is advised to unpack the wall cladding boards for 48 hours to allow them to adapt to ambient temperature conditions. Always stack the boards on a flat surface. It is not recommended to install wall panels in very cold temperatures.
- You can use wooden or metal Joist to support your wall panels following the same fitting process as you would for composite Joist.
- This instruction is for use of cladding for decorative purpose and fixed on existent solid wall. More actions should be taken to avoid leakage if it is used for wall alone.
Wood plastic composite wall panel Installation Profiles
Step 1: Install the Joist/Keel
① Install the joist by Expansion Screws. Keep all joist in same leveling.
② At a 90 degree angle,
At least 50mm into the surface below.
③ Joist span at 400mm maximum.
④ Fix the joists maximum 500mm on solid wall.
⑤ Leave 15mm gap minimum at joist joints.
Step 2: Install the Starter Clips/Strip
Using a panel, cutting the wall panel clips as starter clips. or cutting for strip.
②Fit the starter clips/ Strip leveled to the joist at least 25mm from the bottom ends.
④ Insert the first board into the starter clips/ strip.
Step 3: Install the Panels
① 25mm based on the joist thickness. If joist thickness 30mm , please keep it 30mm.
③ Repeat the fastening process ensuring that the second board is fitted securely in place on each joist.
④ Fit other side wall panel. 25mm based on the joist thickness. If joist thickness 30mm , please keep it 30mm.
⑤Repeat this process with each board until you reach the required height.
Step 4: Install the Skirting/Edge
Depending on your installation, you may want to finish off the edges using one of the Skirting/Edge.
③ Fit the Skirting/Edge by Screw.
④ Fit the Skirting/Edge maximum 800mm on wall panel
Your Installation is now complete.
